One of the best of the 1950s classic Westerns, "3:10 to Yuma" stars Glenn Ford as outlaw Ben Wade, and Felicia Farr as the bar-girl who falls in love with him. After a hold-up and killing, Wade and his gang are captured. Wade's men break out of jail, and now wait for the chance to rescue him. The authorities suspect that a daring escape plan is in the make. So, they look for a guard to escort Wade by train to Yuma to stand trial. The marshal offers a bounty and Dan Evans (Van Heflin), a poor rancher hit hard by a crippling drought, takes on the job.
